„Les pisseuses“ is a piece performed by X women-in-dress on the grass or/and on the street. This performance is intended to be an active crossing of the entry and the exit of water in women’s bodies. It proceeds from a bodily and curative inspiration : hop and jump with a full bladder and play with the control of the urethra’s sphincters. This play and work creates a specific gesture that can be developed in different environments, moving the borders between private and public, art and everyday life, feminine and masculine codes, beauty and unclean, eroticism and illness. These sensations of peeing, the positions and codes will be explored during the performance, not in a provocative way, but mostly in a “small pipi” rumination. Sometimes explicit, sometimes poured into a choreographic pathway, the action of peeing will appear and disappear within the movement. The interpretation as well as the reception of the performance should first of all be curative. Discreet even if incorrect, the intention of this performance is mostly to let flow the images, the ideas and the sensations about peeing.
